Access to the underlying infrastructure is restricted to the Platform's core team only.

The Platform does not currently send a confirmation email or OTP to verify that the email address provided at signup actually belongs to the registering user. This means account creation relies on self-declared, unverified information. By registering, you acknowledge this limitation and agree that the Platform is not responsible for any consequence resulting from the use of an unverified or third-party email address, including but not limited to disputes over account ownership.
We do not use your personal data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to any third party.
To operate the Platform, we rely on trusted third-party infrastructure providers, including cloud hosting services, database hosting providers, code-execution services (for the online compiler feature), and AI language model providers (for the Mentor chat feature). These providers may process limited data (such as code submissions or chat messages) strictly to deliver their respective functionality, and are bound by their own privacy and security practices.
If you use the AI Mentor feature, your messages and the mentor's responses are stored so that the mentor can maintain context across sessions (remembering your progress and prior conversations). This data is used solely to improve your learning experience within the Platform and is processed through a third-party AI service provider to generate responses.
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide our Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; such requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

This Platform is intended for college students and is not directed at, nor knowingly used to collect data from, children under the age of 13.
