References to "KIIT" or "Bennett" describe our target audience only and do not imply any institutional partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by either institution.
By creating an account, accessing, or using PlacementSphere ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), you ("the User," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.
PlacementSphere provides educational and informational resources including but not limited to: data structures and algorithms (DSA) practice questions, company-wise placement process information, study notes, mock assessments, an online code compiler, and an AI-assisted learning mentor ("the Services"). Content is curated for students of partner institutions, currently including KIIT University and Bennett University, and is provided for educational and self-preparation purposes only.
The Platform is independently conceived, developed, and operated by private individuals. It does not represent, act on behalf of, or speak for KIIT University, Bennett University, either institution's placement cell, faculty, or administration, nor any company, recruiter, or organization referenced within the Platform. Any company names, logos, hiring process descriptions, or interview patterns referenced are used strictly for informational and educational commentary, consistent with fair use principles, and do not imply any business relationship, partnership, sponsorship, or official association with those entities. The Platform independently curates and organizes publicly available or user-contributed information relevant to each institution; it does not claim ownership over, nor does it represent that it has been authorized by, either university to use its name.
To access certain features, you must register an account using an email address and password. You represent and warrant that any information you provide during registration is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. The Platform shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
The Platform currently does not send a verification link or one-time password (OTP) to confirm ownership of the email address provided at signup. By registering, you acknowledge and accept that the Platform relies on self-declared information and does not independently verify the identity or email ownership of any user. The Platform disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from the use of an inaccurate, unauthorized, or third-party email address during registration.
Certain features require a one-time payment for access. Payments are facilitated through UPI or third-party payment links and are typically activated within 1–4 hours of confirmed payment, subject to manual verification. All payments are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of the Platform team on a case-by-case basis. The Platform is not responsible for delays, failures, or disputes arising from third-party payment processors or banking systems.
While reasonable efforts are made to keep placement information, company hiring processes, eligibility criteria, and technical content accurate and current, the Platform makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content. Hiring processes and eligibility criteria are subject to change by the respective companies or institutions without notice. Users are strongly advised to independently verify all critical information through official university or company channels before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlacementSphere, its creators, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever — including but not limited to loss of placement opportunities, academic or career setbacks, data loss, or service interruptions — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of the legal theory asserted. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlacementSphere, its creators, and operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
The Platform integrates third-party services, including but not limited to cloud hosting providers, database providers, code-execution APIs, and AI language model providers, to deliver certain features. The Platform does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of such integrated features is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service.
All original content created by the Platform — including notes, question explanations, design, and branding — remains the intellectual property of PlacementSphere's creators. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access this content for personal educational use only.
Any third-party names, trademarks, logos, or institutional marks (including but not limited to "KIIT," "Bennett University," or any company name) that appear on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for identification, informational, and educational purposes under principles of nominative and fair use. Such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation, and no claim of ownership is made over any third-party mark.
The Platform respects the intellectual property, trademark, and privacy rights of others and operates on a good-faith, notice-and-takedown basis. If any institution, company, or individual believes that content appearing on the Platform infringes their rights, misrepresents their name or mark, or should otherwise be removed, they may submit a written request to admin@placementsphere.in identifying the specific content in question and the basis for the request. The Platform will, in good faith and without admission of liability, promptly review and — where appropriate — remove or modify the identified content within a reasonable timeframe. This takedown process is offered as the sole and exclusive remedy for such disputes prior to the initiation of any other action, and the requesting party agrees to first avail of this process before pursuing any other legal remedy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competence over the Platform's place of operation.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
