By creating an account, accessing, or using PlacementPro ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), you ("the User," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.
PlacementPro provides educational and informational resources including but not limited to: data structures and algorithms (DSA) practice questions, company-wise placement process information, study notes, mock assessments, an online code compiler, and an AI-assisted learning mentor ("the Services"). All content is provided for educational and self-preparation purposes only.
The Platform is independently conceived, developed, and operated by private individuals. It does not represent, act on behalf of, or speak for KIIT University, its placement cell, faculty, or administration, nor any company, recruiter, or organization referenced within the Platform. Any company names, logos, hiring process descriptions, or interview patterns referenced are used strictly for informational and educational commentary, consistent with fair use principles, and do not imply any business relationship, partnership, sponsorship, or official association with those entities.
To access certain features, you must register an account using an email address and password. You represent and warrant that any information you provide during registration is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. The Platform shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
The Platform currently does not send a verification link or one-time password (OTP) to confirm ownership of the email address provided at signup. By registering, you acknowledge and accept that the Platform relies on self-declared information and does not independently verify the identity or email ownership of any user. The Platform disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from the use of an inaccurate, unauthorized, or third-party email address during registration.
Certain features require a one-time payment for access. Payments are facilitated through UPI or third-party payment links and are typically activated within 1–4 hours of confirmed payment, subject to manual verification. All payments are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of the Platform team on a case-by-case basis. The Platform is not responsible for delays, failures, or disputes arising from third-party payment processors or banking systems.
While reasonable efforts are made to keep placement information, company hiring processes, eligibility criteria, and technical content accurate and current, the Platform makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content. Hiring processes and eligibility criteria are subject to change by the respective companies or institutions without notice. Users are strongly advised to independently verify all critical information through official university or company channels before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlacementPro, its creators, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever — including but not limited to loss of placement opportunities, academic or career setbacks, data loss, or service interruptions — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of the legal theory asserted. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlacementPro, its creators, and operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
The Platform integrates third-party services, including but not limited to cloud hosting providers, database providers, code-execution APIs, and AI language model providers, to deliver certain features. The Platform does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of such integrated features is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service.
All original content created by the Platform — including notes, question explanations, design, and branding — remains the intellectual property of PlacementPro's creators. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access this content for personal educational use only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competence over the Platform's place of operation.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
